Our Real Estate Owned Group is composed of two operating groups - Retail Brokerage and - REO Disposition.

Retail Brokerage - The company purchases and sells for its own account as well as for third party buyers and sellers single family real estate in many states across the nation. Brokerage services include Property Listing for sale, Buyer Representation, Market Analysis, and Closing Services. Through our mortgage banking group, we are able to offer full service mortgage products to our clients.

REO Disposition - We own and manage nearly 300 single family homes across the U.S. and are constantly in the process of selling these and other acquisitions made. We manage a network of real estate agents across the U.S. with representation in virtually every state. Our team handles BPO's, Listing, Sale and Contract work for our portfolio.
